A task tool that still feels right when you start sharing work with people. Personal lanes for what only you see. Shared spaces for the rest.
Start with Today / This Week / Backlog. Rename them, add new ones (Doing, Blocked, Waiting), delete what you don't need. Per space, no two boards have to look the same.
Invite teammates by email to a shared board. Assign tasks to anyone in the space. Owners control membership; default 'My Space' stays personal.
Slack, email, a meeting, a phone call — tag where the task came from. Sources and channels are configurable per space with your own colors.
Push notifications and an email summary, delivered once per day at your local time. Aggregates across every space you're in. Skip the noise on tasks assigned to someone else.
Claude Desktop and Claude Code plug in via MCP. Tell Claude to create, list, move, or complete tasks — directly from the chat you're already in. Spaces, columns, sources, and channels are all addressable.
Sign in with a magic link. One email, one click, you're in. Invitees auto-create their account on accept.
Every task gets two tags: a channel(how you'll act on it — the part that matters most when you sit down to work) and a source (where it came from, for context). Each space has its own list — sensible defaults to start; rename, recolor, or add new ones in Settings.
